Who we are
Creating Opportunities for People to Thrive
PFEN Foundation is a community-focused non-profit organization working to improve the well-being and opportunities available to vulnerable children and women.
Across communities, we meet children with talents yet to be discovered, young people whose access to education is limited, and women whose abilities and aspirations can be constrained by social and economic barriers.
PFEN Foundation seeks to bridge these gaps through inclusive, community-driven programmes that provide opportunities to learn, develop skills, discover talents, build confidence, and work towards greater self-reliance.

Our Story
Where Passion Became Purpose
PFEN Foundation was born from a passion to inspire women and children to recognize and harness the abilities within them.
We believe children should be encouraged to discover their talents early, while women should have opportunities to continue learning, developing, and pursuing their potential regardless of age or circumstance.
This belief shaped our approach to using talent as a creative tool for empowerment.
Through arts, music, education, skills development, mentorship, and community-based initiatives, we create spaces where people can discover what they are capable of and begin turning that potential into opportunity.

PFEN Foundation partners with communities, governments, civil society, and development partners to improve the physical, mental, and social well-being of vulnerable children and women through quality education, child development, livelihood and economic empowerment, mentorship, and community-based development programmes that promote dignity, self-reliance, and sustainable impact.
PFEN Foundation exists to empower vulnerable children and women to overcome barriers to education, economic opportunity, and personal development. Through innovative, inclusive, and community-driven programmes, we strengthen resilience, promote self-reliance, and equip individuals and communities with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to build a better future.
